Yesterday in Technology for Cooking, we have
been making cookies. Yesterday we started making the dough of the
cookie, we added a few ingredients to make the dough. Unfortunately,
I don't have the recipe to show you how you can make it at home so sorry.
Anyways I was paired up with Laser, we cooperated to make a successful
dough which I was happy about and so was Laser.
After everyone finished making the dough, we
were given a paper wrapper to wrap the dough in so the Cooking Teacher
can put it in the freezer overnight.
Thursday-Day 2
We did a test cookie which counts as one of the twelve
cookies, we weighed the test cookie and got 30gs, so we
placed it back to our table and started making circle
shapes with the twelve dough's we made. We then got
given a plastic foil kind paper which we used to place
the cookies on so it will be baked, once we finished with
the base we placed a foil kind paper on the metal tray
and layed the twelve dough on the tray 2 by 6.
We then set the oven to 180 degrees Fanbake and place
the cookies in the oven. I was the one doing that job,
but Laser did half of it and I took his place the rest.
I waited every 7 minutes so I could rotate them from
the bottom shelf of the oven to the top so the cookies
can bake faster. After a few tiring moments, we were
finished so we placed it on the wooden tray and let the
cookies to cool down so we can place them in our lunch box.
These are what the cookies looked like...
