Geldof was born in Ireland in 1951. He was educated at a private Catholic school (Blackrock College), though he said he didn't enjoy his time there because of its Catholic ethos and bullying for his lack of rugby skill. After leaving school, he attended odd jobs but was not inspired by any of them, He then went to Canada to work as a music journalist. In 1975, Bob Geldof became the head singer of the Boomtown Rats as a rock band. Bob Geldof is an Irish singer/songwriter and a political activist. One popular song of his was "Do you know it's Christmas time" - Which is played every Christmas on the radio.
I am a student at in Uru Mānuka. In 2020 I was a year 9 and in 2021 I will be a year 10. This is a place where I will be able to share my learning with you.
