Your brain is where your infuence happen. A person’s Mood changes because of what is happening in the rest of their Thoughts and Feelings. Lots of things about our bodies can tell our moods. Being too hot and thirsty on a day with northwest winds can make us Dehydrated. What is happening in your mind depends on the state of your body. The problem is that brains don’t tell us when and why they are getting in irratable mood. It doesn't say to you, “Hey I’m bad, so I’m about to feel my work and that school is unfair and horrible.”
