We are learning how to interact online in a kind, positive and helpful way.

Don't say bad words online.

Say sorry if you did a bad thing online

Treat others the way you would like to be treated.

Say nice things in your email when you are sending people something.

Don't send rude emails to other people.

Don't be a bully online and in your life too because you do not what people to be mean to you back.

When you are writing to someone you all have to make it clear so as the reader can read it.

When you are writing don't put capital letters because people might think that you are shouting at them.

Do not share your personal information.

Do not say something mean to people and say it was just a joke,

because they might take it seriously.

The thing to do is if you are sending someone something, re read it so your message is clear.

Ask permission if you are allowed to post it on the blog or some other thing.

If you have someone's trust and he told you his secret do not spoil it online.

The internet is not a place where you are mean to other people.

How does Netiquette affect our learning?

One day you will need to be responsible for looking after yourself which relates to this you need to be able to exit when people says mean things like in a game and you will need to learn to not respond or you will hurt feelings or start a flame war.

My family is by far the best they even blessed me in front of the rest.They say I’m sad that makes me glad,They wished I was a Frog I’d Rather be a Dog.I like the way my family doesn’t judge so now can we eat some fudge?

What Families are to me?

One Family is Big,

While another is Small.

Some Families have children,

And some, not at all.

When we’re together or far,far apart the people I love fill the map in my heart.

Water,Water Everywhere please do not come over here

It’s dry and calm we don’t need you to give us any harm. Then you came down from the sky the adults soon had a sigh.

Worms came they spread germs all over the place, soon it Stopped pouring down the worms started dying now.

I learnt that people or creatures don’t really like the sun And that is my poem done.

  My  winter Friend

One morning I went out to see, a world      

of white in front of me. So I rolled up

      three balls of snow and stacked them up,        

      Rounded the sides with a push and a jump. I put on a top hat, a scarf and a face. I named my winter friend and gave him an embrace. I hope that you could stay for a while. Oh snowman, you have made me smile.

Room 8 have learnt the structure of an explanation and have been practicing writing explanations in class.
We wrote about how to make a new friend and then turned it into a presentation to put onto individual blogs. I turned my explanation into a slideshow.

Spectacular Kaedun- All about me

Bonjour my name is Kaedun I am a year six student at St Bernadette’s School. My teacher’s name is Miss Bergin and my student teacher’s name is Miss Hamilton I am in room 8. In my free time I like to play outdoor activities with my friends. My favourite food is steak and cheese Pie.My favourite movie is Fast and furious 7 and at School my learning goal is to accomplish all of my work I get asked to do. My pets name is Charlie he is a dog I have a cat called pucat and I used to have a  goldfish called Goldie in my family we have two guinea pigs named Snowy and Flash I have 4 sisters and 2 brothers I am a boy my Favourite sport is rugby I have no favourite singer. I am a New Zealander.
